How Do I Love Mom...(or some other Thee)

Make a list of all the reasons you love and care about your Mom (or this person). Write about your favorite memories with her, include details of your last vacation or meal together. Write about funny stories that the two of you have shared, private jokes or how you’ve helped each other through some rough times. Write about her laugh, or the way you see yourself in her eyes. Write about the most important lessons she’s given you.

You can also do a “Things I Love About You” list. Keep this list close at hand over the next week and continue to add to it. Then, write the list on fancy paper or inside a special card and present it to her on Mother’s Day - Sunday, May 13.

Trust me when I tell you, that this is the most special gift you can give to anyone, a heartfelt note of what they really mean to you.
